Sally

For CAs & accounting firms

Every client. One login.

Your clients' books shouldn't live on a machine in their office that you can only reach when someone remembers to send you a backup. Put them in the cloud, switch between them from a dropdown, and file straight from the ledger.

The parts of practice that actually take the time

Switch clients, don't log out

Each client is its own set of books. The company switcher moves you between them without another sign-in.

Get them off Tally in one pass

Full XML import — groups, ledgers, parties, stock and every voucher type with bill allocations. Not just closing balances.

File from the ledger

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B prepared from the client’s own books, with GSTR-9 and the HSN summary alongside.

Chase the ITC they're losing

GSTR-2B reconciliation shows which suppliers didn’t file, before the credit window closes.

Give staff exactly what they need

Owner, Admin, Accountant, Staff and Viewer roles out of the box, plus custom roles with per-permission control.

Answer 'who changed this?'

A full audit trail on every voucher and invoice — actor, action and timestamp.

Questions

Can I keep multiple clients under one login?

Yes. Companies are separate books with separate data, and you switch between them from the sidebar without signing out. Permissions are per company, so a junior can be given one client and not another.

How do I get a client off Tally?

Ask them for a Tally XML export and upload it. Sally rebuilds groups, ledgers, parties with addresses and opening balances, stock items with HSN codes, and every voucher type with its bill allocations. Multi-gigabyte daybooks stream through without a time limit, and an interrupted import resumes from its checkpoint.

Can my client see their own books without touching mine?

Yes. Each client company is independent, and role-based permissions decide what anyone sees inside it — from full Owner access down to a read-only Viewer.

Is there an audit trail?

Every voucher and invoice records who created, edited or deleted it and when. Nothing changes silently, which matters when you are the one signing off.

Try it on one client first

Pick your most painful Tally file, import it, and see whether the trial balance ties out. That is the honest test.
