For distributors & wholesalers
Stock, credit and collections in one place.
Distribution runs on two numbers: what is on the shelf and who owes you. Everything else is admin. Sally keeps stock tied to the ledger so your closing stock is not a guess, and puts your receivables ageing on the first screen you see.

What actually goes wrong in distribution
Stock across godowns
Multiple godowns with batch-level tracking and per-godown stock reports, so you know where the goods physically are.
The full order chain
Quotation to sales order to delivery challan to invoice, connected — with transporter and vehicle recorded for the e-way bill.
Money you are owed, by age
Receivables split into 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day buckets, with DSO, so you chase the right invoices first.
Purchase side too
Purchase orders and goods receipt notes, so what you ordered and what arrived can actually be compared.
Reorder before you stock out
Reorder levels per item, with low-stock alerts on the dashboard rather than buried in a report.
GST that keeps up
E-invoicing and e-way bills from the invoice screen, GSTR-1 and 3B from your books, and GSTR-2B reconciliation to protect input credit.
Questions
Can I track stock separately per godown?
Yes. Stock is tracked per godown with transfers between them, and the stock summary can be read godown-wise or consolidated. Closing stock values tie back to the balance sheet.
Do you handle batches?
Yes. Stock items can be tracked at batch level, and batches carry through inventory movements so you can trace what went where.
How do e-way bills work?
They are generated against the NIC IRP from the invoice itself, carrying the transporter, vehicle number and distance. The dashboard flags bills expiring within 48 hours, since an expired bill in transit is a detention risk.
Can I see which customers are slowest to pay?
The receivables ageing widget buckets your overdue money by age and links straight into the outstanding report, and the dashboard shows Days Sales Outstanding next to Days Payable Outstanding so you can see which side of the trade is funding the other.
